The Inns Of Court Malaysia Was Officially Established On 10 November 2016. A Professional Membership Body, The Inns Of Court Malaysia (ICM) Is A Society Of Judges, Lawyers, Jurists, Legal Academia, And Other Legal Professionals From All Levels And Backgrounds With A United Mission For Professional Legal Excellence.

ICM Exists To Support Its Members And Strives To Be “A Home For The Whole Spectrum Of Law Professionals”.

ICM Is A Professional Platform For Its Members To Learn From One Another And To Share Legal Experiences. Like The Inns Of Court In The United Kingdom And In The United States Of America, ICM Will Be The Venue For Talks, Dining Sessions, And Law Libraries For Its Members To Share And Discuss Views And Issues.

Meeting In A Collegial Setting With The Goals Of Fostering Excellence In Professionalism, Ethics, Integrity, Legal Skills, And Civility Aims To Improve The Standards Of The Legal Profession.

To establish a society of judges, lawyers, jurists and legal academia (hereinafter referred to as “members”) to foster fellowship, fraternity, goodwill, networking and cooperation.

To facilitate the development and mentoring of law students, recent law school graduates and less experienced lawyers as skilled participants in the Malaysian court system.

To develop strategic alliances with international law-related communities, organisations and international links for the promotion of legal development.
